Nathan is getting bigger and bigger! He dropped way down in the percentiles last year but is getting back up and finally got the go-ahead to switch from whole milk to 2%!
Height 40 in 50%
Weight: 37 lb 60%
His blood pressure was awesome; he passed the scoliosis test, and after failing (then repeating the directions over and over) he finally passed the hearing test (it was obvious he could hear the beeps- you could see his eyes or body twitch, but he refused to raise his hand like he was asked...he's just too stubborn!) Unfortunately it looks like he's got the Bishop family curse--his eye sight is already 20/30.
He loves cars, trucks, airplanes, and trains (he is dying to get a real train set- he asks for one at least twice a week)
He is just now getting into super heroes, asking him to be "Super Hero Nathan" is the best way to get him to cooperate.
He still naps everyday- I know I'm so lucky
He is so excited to go to "big" school in September
He loves all sports- basketball, soccer, baseball, football...and he's really good at them all
He loves his friends- we can't go anywhere without him asking which of his friends will be there. It's always a tragedy to him when I say it will just be us.
He loves to sing- in Primary he got a cd with the songs they're learning this year. And he already knows almost every one.
He is sometimes extremely shy, but once he gets to know you he is super talkative and outgoing.
Him and Abby are the best of friends and the worst of enemies.
He loves Elise- he loves playing peek a boo, getting her toys, making sure she has food, and helping with her bottle.
He loves to pray and read the Book of Mormon
He is just plain awesome- he is so kind, thoughtful, stubborn, rambunctious, active, sensitive, caring, fun, happy, and just full of awesome personality. we love him so much. He is definitely our favorite son!
