It's a BOY!

Here's the first picture of our little baby!

Here's the cute (but a wee bit scary) face

As you can see, we went to the doctor (on Wednesday) and had our 20 week ultrasound- and we're having a boy!!

It was the most wonderful thing in the world- when we first started the ultrasound our little boy was playing peek-a-boo. He is so adorable! It turns out he is one big boy- already 12 oz. The ultrasound lady said our due date is probably more like March 21st, so we'll see what the doctor says on our next visit. But we couldn't be more excited. I can't wait to start buying clothes and things for our little boy. I'm super excited to have "my boys."

The ultrasound was very cool- they check for so many thing! I loved seeing the heart beating, seeing all the vertebrae, and looking at his little arms and legs. It truly is a miracle. I'm definitely starting to look pregnant now...not too much, but I for sure want to get a little bit bigger so I don't look like I ate too much for dinner.

We'll keep ya'll posted about our due date to see if anything changes!

I'm so sad that you guys got it right the first time. Sigh. Hopefully Lily likes younger men.

Congratulations!! So exciting! I've decided that you can have just as much fun dressing little boys. There are do many cute clothes for them. I'm so excited for you. Maybe because I'm having so much fun despite the sleepless nights.

This is so awesome. Our boys are only going to be 9+- months apart. They are going to be best friend cousins. I am getting some things together, so Chris when you come out bring an empty backpack because I am going to give you some fun things. Oh and don't waste a lot of money on newborn outfits because they grow out of them too fast!

I'm not sure if this will allow me to comment since I'm not a fellow blogger, but I wanted to throw in my congrats as well. You guys are going to be great parents and I'm excited to welcome another Hawks offspring into the family. Love you! Amy
