Rise and Shout

We were so incredibly excited when we found out (years ago) that BYU's Football team would be coming to the the University of Houston this year.  As Nathan's obsession with BYU and football has just continued to grow...and grow and grow...we knew there was no way we were missing the game.

Nathan was by the tunnel waiting for the team to run out for- no joke- about an hour.  He was in heaven- I've never seen him happier.

 

 

He kept waiting for "his friend" Spencer McCoy (#2 on defense) and was thrilled  when he got to see him. (yes, I know this isn't Spencer but we never got a picture of him...wrong number 2)

Even Abby was excited.  Our 2nd row seats made it pretty awesome!

Thankfully we left Elise at home because the game was so long, but the other two did pretty well. We had a rough stretch in the 3rd quarter when they got a little bored (I did too...it's when BYU was playing pretty bad) but Abby took a quick nap and in the 4th quarter things got super exciting again!

They were so cute with their tattoos...all over :)

Just when I asked our friend to get a picture of us BYU scored- can you tell Chris was thrilled?

It was a fun game- so glad we won!
