It's amazing to think that it was 2 years ago today that Chris proposed. This is a picture right after I got the ring- that place was amazing- Orcas Island (part of the San Juan Islands in Washington).
The day was wonderful. It started off with a ferry ride...funny story- Chris forgot his wallet, so I paid for the whole trip- Chris thought it worked out well :) We drove around seeing the sights and had a wonderful day together. I had waited so long for the ring I thought it was never coming, so when Chris knelt down I was shocked. I thought to myself "remember what he says!" but of course, I cannot tell you for the life of me what he said. It was exactly how I imagined it would be. For some reason, I didn't want him to be on one knee, I wanted us to be on the same level. Chris didn't know this at the time, but I was sitting on the rock and he knelt in front of me and pulled the ring out of the coat I was borrowing from him. I cried.
I love you Chris.

I'm retarded. Your anniverary is in November -- didn't read very closely, or think very hard about that one. :)
