Our Week in Review

Last Wednesday we found out the Chris's Grandfather passed away. He was an amazing man- I was only able to meet him once, but he was a great man. He was 2 days shy of his 98th birthday, and was ready to go. He was so prepared, already having his eulogy and obituary written, casket ready (he built it himself with wood from Adam-ondi-Ahman he got on one of his missions)...so prepared! It is great to know that families are forever and that life is eternal. It was wonderful to see so many family members, especially meeting people I'd never met before and getting to know others better. It was a great family reunion, full of laughter- which is what I think Chris's grandpa would have wanted.

Chris's last final was on Thursday and we left Friday for Spokane, WA. We made it down to Pullman, WA on Saturday and the Funeral was on Monday. It was a wonderful service- Nathan did great during it- I was so proud of my little man. Nathan had fun the whole weekend with so many little cousins to play with!

On Tuesday we leff Pullman and made the long drive west to Seattle to stay with Chris's parents in Snohomish as we took our vacation. We went to the beach, the mountains, a u-pick farm, the space needle, "The Naked Pig" (a bbq place :) )...so many things! Pictures and posts to come.
