A lovely Sunday thus far

General Conference Weekend is fabulous- we've listened to some amazing talks, felt the spirit, and we are so grateful for modern day revelation and a living prophet to guide us today.  While being spiritual is wonderful there are some other great things about this weekend too...we don't have to go to church since we can watch the 4 general sessions at home, and since it didn't start till 11 we had a wonderful morning instead of our usual Sunday morning rush out the door!
We woke up to freshly baked cinnamon rolls, and thankfully Nathan was awake to help me with the frosting :) They were delicious...but having 4 people who now eat cinnamon rolls means they don't last as long as when it was just me and Chris- we'll have to make more soon!

Since the weather is glorious (notice the long sleeves and pants...and no sandals! Hallelujah we can pretend like fall is coming!) we headed to the park to feed the ducks- and we were actually cold while we were there, it was fabulous! The kids were so adorable all morning and had a blast feeding the ducks.
And for as much as these two fight they really are amazing friends.

They're so cute!

And Elise was there, she was just asleep most of the time

Feeding the ducks

And we can't forget the big rock...they love it!

We sure do love Conference weekend!
