Graduation Day

Last Saturday we had a little Graduation party for Nathan's preschool. It may have ended up being a little bigger than a small preschool party should have, but it was definitely fun to get together (and the Dad's could come too- all these boys are Dad deprived so that was fun to be able to include them in preschool!)
First came some delicious food

Then the preschool program!
The boys sang their ABC's, then told about their favorite part of preschool.
Nathan decided that he didn't want to do any of it and ran away crying.  Apparently we need to work on his public speaking skills.  We even practiced so much! Oh well- he knows his ABC's really well- I promise, and he was going to say, "My favorite part of preschool was playing baseball."

The boys looked so cute in the little graduation caps.

Nathan shyly accepted his cute diploma.

Even Abby got in on the action. She always acted like she was part of the group- so I made her a cap too :)

Nathan gave me a flower which was so sweet.

Then came the time the boys were all waiting for...cupcakes!

Abby kept trying to share hers- what a sweet girl.

We are so proud of Nathan. He has learned so much this past year and has enjoyed his preschool so much. It has been such a pleasure seeing him learn and grow with his friends.  I loved teaching these boys this past year- they are such great kids!
