Birthday Party!!!

NATHAN IS 1!!!!!
Happy Birthday!!!!!
Nathan's birthday was on Saturday, to celebrate he slept in till 8:30, Chris tried to sleep in, and I got up early and went to a big garage sale...wahoo! I was able to find some cute clothes and cheap gifts for Nathan that he loves! We celebrated by having his favorite breakfast- Kix and bananas...yum yum!
We spent the morning playing together, opening some presents (we had the young women from the ward over at night so we had to party it up in the morning), and just having fun. Nathan decided that he didn't really need to nap, he was too excited for the party- so we headed up to the park without a second nap...fun fun!
It was a crazy adventure getting to our pavilion and parking (and kicking the people out who were already there...long story....but we had rented it so I don't feel bad about making them leave) but we had a fabulous time at the park, eating good food, spending time with friends, and celebrating the kid's birthdays.

I am so grateful to all of our friends who came (and everyone who tried and couldn't find parking!) We are so blessed to have Nathan in our lives!doesn't he look so cute!

Here's some pictures of the party- it was such a beautiful day- Nathan had fun walking everywhere and playing with the other kids and eating strawberries, cheese, mac and cheese (he decided to eat Caitlin's lunch off her high chair!), brownies, and cake. What a great day!
