We made it!

Last week Chris started rotations!
He is currently working at an out-patient pediatric off in west Houston.  So far he hasn't been able to do as much as he would like, but he's learning a lot and really like working with the kids.  He loves not sitting in a classroom all day and actually doing something. Maybe pediatrics is his thing? Who knows...
He has 3 more weeks left at this office and then he moves onto inpatient pediatrics- which is split between the pediatric ER and the newborn nursery.
We love the schedule he has now, around 8:30 till about 5 or so.  The only problem is that it's a longer commute, which leaves me without a car during the week (which I'm surviving thanks to friend who takes me and Nathan to the gym- thanks Kerry!) Let's just say we're pretty excited for the day we own (and can afford) two cars.
Is the world ready for Chris Hawks PA? Probably not :)

Congrats to Chris and Sarah! That is awesome! I am happy that you found out about the allergies. Good luck as you learn to adapt to them, I know it isn't always easy.
