What we've been up to

Not much thrilling and exciting has been happening in our house lately, just a bit of everyday fun.

Nathan and I have had more popcorn- he asks for it all the time now and insists we spread out the blanket on the floor whenever we have it.  It's pretty cute.

Big news from Abby- She can sit up!
It's not all the time and I'm still nervous not being right beside her, but she's gone about 45 seconds on her own.  I can't believe how fast she's growing and changing.

Nathan and Abby both love to read books now.  Nathan gets a little frustrated sometimes because Abby loves it a little too much.  She starts breathing really heavy and fast and grabs for the pages- it's kind of seizure like.  It's funny to watch them together.

Chris took a little nap on Sunday on the living room floor. Nathan tried to take a nap with him- adorable.

Nathan has been an amazing brother this week. He is full of kisses and hugs for Abby.  He's been sharing and playing a lot.  He runs when he hears her cry and is super excited whenever she wakes up from a nap.  It's so sweet.

We had some friends over today.  Dawson and Nathan got along amazingly. Our only real incident happened when Abby decided to explode while sitting in the Bumbo, so I rushed her upstairs to clean her up.  Nathan pulled down the baby gate leaving Stockton precariously close to climbing the stairs.  I came out of the bathroom just in time to see Nathan tumble down the stairs, head first, flipping over- crazy.  He was completely fine, just a little scared.  It was so weird because he's never fallen down the stairs....ever. 

Chris is almost done with his Pysch rotation.  His finals are all day Thursday and Friday and then he's done! Two weeks of vacation here we come! We're so excited to have a little bit of time to relax then head out to my parents house for a week and a half- I just figured out it has been two years since my family has been all together, I can't wait to see everyone- and we'll finally be blessing Abby!
