Thankful Turkeys

For Family Home Evening the Monday before Thanksgiving we talked about being thankful .
We made Turkeys with what we were thankful for on the feathers.

The best part was that we let Nathan pick, with only a little bit of help, what went on each person's turkey.

Mine- pretty boring and generic, Nathan didn't help too much

Chris- Nathan picked both football and sports...and it's true, he does like both :)

Abby- he came up with pacifier, blanket, and Nathan all on his own

Mom: Nathan what are you thankful for?
Nathan: Jesus  (I'm pretty sure this makes us the best parents ever!)
Mom: What else?
Nathan: Daddy
Mom: What else?
Nathan: Dawson
Mom: What else?
Nathan: Dawson's mommy

Mom: What else?
Nathan: Dawson's mommy
Mom: Nathan think-  what else are you thankful for?
Nathan: Dawson's mommy
Mom: Come on Nathan- what are you thankful for?
Nathan: water
