When Nathan went to Bethlehem

A local church hosted "A Night in Bethlehem" on Sunday we we went and checked it out.
Nathan
*ate fresh baked bread, cheese, grapes, and dates (he only tried the bread)
*copper etching

*carpentry- building an angel dipped candles

did some leather working- he was ridiculously good with the hammer-

*made a salt dough candle holder

...pretty sure he's ready for some merit badges now!

We then got to see the high light of the night -  a live nativity complete with sheep, a donkey, and a camel, and snow (actually bubbles, and why there was snow I don't know but it was pretty cool non-the-less)

We're definitely excited to all the Christmas traditions we are making as a family!
