I'm going to brag about Chris-he deserves it...why you ask? 

Because he's freakin' amazing of course.

Yesterday we found out that Chris won a national scholarship for the AAPA (the big national association of PAs).  He applied for this scholarship months ago-remember our crazy week from hades? We told ourselves that if we get the scholarship it would have all been worth it, but we didn't hear anything back so we thought it was a no-go.

Then yesterday the Program Director asked to see him in his office and handed him a packet of papers, and inside was a congratulatory letter, certificate, and CHECK! Wahoo!  

Too bad we're so frugal, all the money is going to pay off loans, but I'm so proud of him!
