Nathan has become such a funny little guy. I am always amazed at the conversations we have. Here are a few that happened recently...
On our way home from the gym this morning where he got a sticker of a yawning dog...
Nathan: Mom- the dog is talking!
Me: Who's he talking to?
Nathan: He's talking to his mommy.
Me: What's he saying?
Nathan: He's hungry.
Me: What's he going to eat?
Nathan: A waffle!
Me: A waffle?
Nathan: With Syrup!
While feeding Abby some applesauce this morning..
Me: Do you want some applesauce?
Nathan: No mom.
Me: Are you sure?
Nathan: Yes. I don't want Abby sauce.
After tackling Abby...
Me: Nathan! What are you doing?
Nathan: I'm playing games with Abby!
all while Abby laughs
While driving with Chris...
Chris: Do you want to sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider?
Nathan: No dad- I scared of spiders. Sorry.
Yesterday...
Me: Hey Nathan, do you want a banana?
Nathan: No mom- that's ridiculous.
I had no idea he even knew that word!
On Friday...
Nathan is holding a tennis ball and a bubble wand (he uses it as his tennis racquet)
Me: do you want to play tennis?
Nathan: Yes Mommy.
Me: with who?
Nathan: JESUS!
he then hit the ball to a picture of Jesus. When the picture did not return the ball...
Nathan: I don't wanna play with Jesus.

SO funny! I can't even determine which is my favorite.. maybe the tennis one.
I love it!! He is really starting to talk up a storm, I wish I could hear some of the conversations he and Avery could have now!! Now you have me wondering if Avery knows the word "ridiculous"
