Here are the words Abby can say. Some she says really well and others only I know what she's talking about, but she can definitely say them- I can't believe that just 3 months ago I was worried about her language development!

Abby loves to play with Nathan. Some of her favorites include
-playing swords...she'd a tough fighter, Nathan legitimately has to be watch out for his safety
-tackling...she'll run up behind Nathan grab him around the waist then pull him down. They then wrestle for a bit. I'm really not joking when I say she's a tough cookie!
-basketball...she likes to chase Nathan around when he's playing, she even throws the ball into the hoop- we're pretty proud :)
-piano...one of their favorite things to do during the day is open up the piano and play together. I honestly find that they don't really play by themselves, only together which is cute.
-chasing each other- I don't know how many times a day I say "go get Nathan!" She loves to chase and be chased.
Other things she does
-she loves bath time. If we mention the word bath she runs to the bath room and starts trying to get in the tub and taking off her clothes.
-she loves going on walks. When we get the stroller out she automatically runs over and gets herself in and waits for us to go (even if it takes another 5 minutes to go, she just waits patiently)
-she must grab every blanket out of her crib when you pick her up in the morning and after nap. It usually ends up being around 4 blankets and she insists on sleeping and holding all of them.
-she is an amazing climber. I can't believe how adept she is at maneuvering herself onto anything.
-she holds her little baby doll and gives her hugs and says "aww"
-she's going through a phase (*hopefully just a phase*) where she hates having her hair done or leaving anything in her hair. I don't even want to count how many times I do her hair everyday, which usually ends up with my giving up by dinner time...I don't think Chris has even seen her with her hair done in about 2 weeks.
-She loves brushing her teeth. She runs to go get her tooth brush when we say it's time to brush our teeth. She lets us brush, then she brushes, and she always insists on having the water running so she can rinse off her tooth brush
-if there is something missing around the house (remote, phone, keys, other small objects) you can sure bet that it was Abby who's hid them somewhere.
-she loves putting on clothes- I feel like she's really good at knowing how clothes go on and off- and helping other people get clothes (or shoes) on.
-she is really good at cleaning...as in she's better then Nathan (which isn't too hard!). She likes to put toys away and generally be helpful.
-she loves stickers- there is a man (Mr Marvin) at the YMCA who gives all the kids stickers when they come and go. She always runs up to him with her hand stretched out (she likes the stickers on her hand) and points to the one she wants, then gives him a high five, waves good bye, and keeps going. She gets extremely irritated if there are other kids ahead of us and pushes her way to the front- we're working on developing more patience :)
She's just such a spunky, funny, sweet, determined, adorable, opinionated, fiery, amazing girl and we love her so much!
