Carving Pumpkins

Yesterday Nathan, Caitlin, and I went and picked out some pumpkins from the store- when we got home we got all ready for our pumpkin carving fun.
We started off with a bit of a treat- apple slices and carmel...yum!

The kids were a little apprehensive at first about touching the pumpkin guts,

 but Nathan warmed up to it and loved squishing it between his fingers.

Caitlin preferred to just look, she took little handfuls...so dainty compared to Nathan.

Abby stayed entertained with some food- as usual- that girl can sure eat.

And this is what happens when I asked them both to say "Cheese" . . .

We love Halloween!
