2 Years

Abby is such a special girl- it's hard sometime to believe she just barely turned 2, she acts so much older, but these past 2 years have been wonderful with her a part of our family.

Height: 36 1/2 in      >95%

Head: 19 1/2 in    95%

Abby is such a funny, spunky, sweet girl.  She is shy and reserved around most people, but once she gets comfortable around you she is sassy, loud, and extremely talkative.  She is strong and stubborn, knows what she wants but is eager to please. She thinks she is the same age as Nathan and his friends and is devastated every time I drop him off at school and she realizes she can't crazy go with him.  She loves to count and sing.  She thinks she knows all of the letters and is actually doing a great job learning them.  Her favorite song is "I am A Child of God".  She loves Princesses, dresses, her dolls, and make up.  She also loves cars, sports, BYU, and dinosaurs. 

She is truly a Daddy's girl- whenever Chris is home she is attached to him and there is little I can do for her- her constant refrain is "Daddy do it." She loves ELise and is a great helper- if ELise is crying and I am in another room I can usually walk in to find Abby giing Elise her pacifier, soflty rubbing her head and saying "shhh shh."

I see so much of myself in Abby which makes mothering her all the more challenging and rewarding. Being her mother has taught me so much about love and patience- it is truly a joy to have her in our family.
