I forgot about this...

Before Christmas (I know...that was a while ago now!) we went to the zoo and Nathan loved it- he really enjoys almost anything we do with Chris.

One of Nathan's favorite parts of the Zoo is the playground- this is where he first learned to like slides and he just has so much fun running around.

Our other favorite place is the petting zoo. I don't know what Nathan likes better, brushing the goats or throwing the little rocks...but it's a fun area!

When we saw the giraffes they were super close- the people next to us were actually touching  them (until a Zoo person came over and got upset).  It was pretty cool; I don't think I've ever been that close to a giraffe before.

And of course, no trip to the zoo would be complete without multiple trips though the tunnel.

Nathan also loved the sea lions, the elephants, the lions, and the fish. We love the perfect weather and spending the day together.
