We go to the park, have a picnic, and feed the ducks.

Yesterday was Chris's first- and only day- off for 2 weeks, so after he played basketball in the morning we decided to take advantage of the nice weather and head to Hermann Park.
Nathan loved feeding the ducks as always- it ended up that he hardly ate any lunch due to the excitement of the ducks, but we definitely had a ton of fun running around and playing.
The only way we could get him to eat was by feeding him...he was just too distracted

Nathan really loves playing in any form of water...which makes for messy yet fun adventures
The saddest part of the trip was when we went over to the playground so Nathan could go on the slide (he was really excited for it). Turns out they had closed off the playground areas to work on them...I guess they figured January was a good month for cleaning/fixing...didn't they get the memo that January is a great month to go to the park?
