What's better then Chick-fil-A?

Friday was a special day at our house...
Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A!

I had grand plans for our costumes, but a doctor's appointment for Abby and an last minute bed bug spray kicked us out of the house (long story...let's just say the bed bugs were NOT gone) from 11:00 till 5...so while Nathan's costume was ready Chris's and mine were thrown together in about 2 minutes so they were pretty lame.They still scored us a free meal so I'm not complaining.

We had also cow noses that we taped to our face when we ordered...but they were lame too :)  We'll do better next year.

Nathan was a dalmatian for Halloween last year, and since some people thought he was a cow it was the perfect costume.

Nathan loved the big cow- but only from a distance.  The second he started moving in our direction he would start screaming.  When he would walk away Nathan kept saying "Bye Cow! Miss you! See you later!"

He was trying to give the cow a french fry without going near him. It was adorable to see how far he would stretch but not move his feet any closer.  He ended up just dropping it when the cow made a slight movement in his direction- hilarious!

 All my hurried, frenzied last minute effort to get there was well worth it.  We had a lot of fun going out together.
