Blessed

On October 28th Elise was blessed by Chris. Both sets of grandparents and Chris's sister were able to join our family on this special day. 

She was blessed that she will be healthy and strong, and that by following the word of wisdom she will be able to serve and grow, allowing her to become a righteous daughter of God.  She will be good example to others, reaching out to others and showing kindness to those around her and those who are less fortunate
She was blessed to have righteous desires, especially the desire to be close to the scriptures and that by doing this her testimony will grow 
She will go to the temple and if the time and circumstances are there to serve in missionary work either full time and bless those around her.  She was blessed to be married in the temple and have a family of the her own and help others receive blessing of the temple
Lastly, she was blessed to be a happy and loving child, sister, daughter, and mother. 

We are so grateful for the wonderful opportunity that we have to be her parents.  We know that Elise is an amazingly special girl and we are grateful everyday that she is a wonderful part of our eternal family.
