Unfortunately our trip had to come to an end. We said good bye to my mom (who had a long car trip back to Virginia) and went swimming at the pool, just waiting till we needed to head to the airport. Since we already had week long passes for the train and getting a cab with 3 car seats would be a hassle (apparently in MA every kid has to be in a car seat even in a taxi) so we opted to ride the train to the airport and call it an adventure.
Let's just say with 3 kids, 2 suitcases, 4 back packs, and 1 diaper bag I'm sure we looked like a sight walking down the street to the station! I was a little worried we wouldn't have enough hands to control all of the kids and stuff but, as usual, our kids were awesome and we made it without any problems. Wish I had taken a picture of the insanity though.
We ate some lunch at the airport Burger King, which our kids now call "King Burger" and request to go their again- I told them we could go again the next time we're in the Boston Airport...
Chris surprised the kids with some Dunkin Donuts- why they're so popular in Boston I really don't know- but the kids were ecstatic.
Within 10 minutes of take off our kids were out, and slept for almost the whole trip home. Perfect ending.
